abstract = {capillary column gas chromatography was proposed. The recovery of sophoramine from plasma was over 90%. There was a linear relationship between 0.5 and 10μg. The comparative pharmacokinetics of sophoramine and sophocarpine (iv 10 mg/kg) were studied in rabbits. Plasma concentration vs time data were described by an open two compartment model. The pharmacokinetic parameters of sophoramine and sophocarpine were as follows: Vc 0.72 and 1.40 L/kg; CL 17.0 and 28.2 ml/(kg·min-1);α 0.126 and 0.114 min-1;β 0.0136 and 0.00853 min-1, respectively.
