abstract = {After changrolin was administered (2.5-3.5 mg/min) by iv drip for 4 or 8 h/d×2 d to 37 patients with rapid arrhythmia, the significant effective rate was 78% and a total effective rate 89%. Therapeutic effect was maintained by continuous drip at 2.5 mg/min. The changrolin concentrations in plasma in 12 patients during iv drip were 2.9±0.4,2.5±0.3, 2.4±0.6 and 2.7±0.4 μg/ml at 1,2,3 and 4 h, respectively. All these concentrations were within the effective levels.
Hemodynamic changes were observed by impedance cardiogram and systolic time interval method. Except Heather Index and Q-Z interval, there were no significant changes in cardiac function.
Our results suggest that changrolin is a safe and reliable antiarrhythmic agent and may be used in patients with acute myocardial infarction.},
