abstract = {The A strain male mice were infused with fluorocarbon emulsion (FCE) 50, 10 ml/kg and NS 50 ml/kg. Metaphase plates of spermatogonia and spermatocytes I were examined on d 7 after infusion and histological damage of the testes was studied by light and electron microscopes.
The frequencies of aneuploid and polyploidy of spermatogonia were 2.9, 2.5, and 1.4%, respectively induced by FCE 50, 10 ml/kg and NS 50 ml/kg.
