abstract = {We report a method of radioactive biomicrospheres with suitable diameter and specific gravity for character of the microsphere method, so it may be used determining the regional blood flow of the heart, brain and kidney in normal, pathological conditions and after medication. Since there is no significant difference between the data obtained from 51Cr-biomicrosphere and that from 99mTc-biomicrosphere, we may obtain both data of blood flow before and after the administration of drug. This method may be used to study the influence of a drug on the regional blood flow of heart, brain and kidney.},
