abstract = {11CO and 11CO2 were prepared through 11B(P,n)11C reaction and catalyzed to form Na11CN, from which [11C] valine,[ 11C] leucine and [11C] cycloleucine were synthesized. These 3 amino acids were injected iv 10 μCi/mouse of ICR strain. At 30 min the uptake rate was highest in pancreas which was3-10 times that of other organs.},
