abstract = {The autoradiographic study indicated that 2 h after iv [35S]NaHSO3-andrographolide (AG) in rats the radioactivity accumulated chiefly in the duodenum. In the CNS the radioactivity accumulated mainly in the cephalic end of spinal cord with a distribution of descending type. AG was excreted rapidly. The biological t1/2=2 h.
The urine was tested by paper radiochromatographic scan and liquid scintillation counter. A single peak corresponding to the R(F) o authentic AG was found. AG was excreted chiefly in the urine and probably in the unchanged form.},
