Physiological disposition of [14c]cycleanine dimethoiodide in rats

In 24 h after ip [14C]CDI II htCi/k9. 58% of the radioactivity was excreted in urine and 6% in feces. By thin layer chromatography (TLC) spotted by Dragendorff, TLC with autoradiography and paper chromatography with radio-scanning, it was found that [14C]CDI were excreted mainly in urine in the shape of the prototype.
