A non-lxnear method and its program for calculating pharmacokinetic parameters
Abstract
A non-linear method based on a simple method in optimization theory and its program for calculating pharmacokinetic parameters were presented. The program was carried out on DJS-131 digital computer and was applicable to any linear compartment models. Akaike's information criterion (AIC) was also given in this program. According to minimum AIC estimation (MAICE) criterion, the best model may be selected from these linear compartment models.
