Individual and ethnic differences in CYP2C19 activity in Chinese populations
Abstract
The review mainly summarize recent studies carried out on individual and ethnic variations in CYP2C19 activity in Chinese populations,their mechanisms,and the role of CYP2C19 in the metabolism of certain currently used drugs.
